Independent Public Relations Alliance Announces 2015 Board of Directors

Sabrina McGowan, strategic communications consultant and owner of SQM Communications, was elected to the board of directors of the Independent Public Relations Alliance (IPRA). IPRA represents independent practitioners in public relations, communications and marketing in the Washington, DC area.
