Meet Sabrina

With more than 30 years of experience, Sabrina McGowan brings creative solutions, integration, and exceptional results to her clients' communication efforts. She understands that navigating the worlds of marketing and communications can be challenging for businesses of all sizes. With a comprehensive range of services, she is dedicated to providing tailored solutions that meet your organization's unique needs. 

Much of her work has involved developing a full range of marketing, communication, and public relation services for organizations in a variety of industries, such as financial services, health care, legal services, arts and entertainment, nonprofit, retail, publishing, technology, and transportation.

Prior to launching SQM Communications in 2013, Sabrina led communication and PR strategies at one of the largest law firms in the U.S., as well as CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. She began her career in public broadcasting at KLRN in San Antonio where she learned the importance of establishing strong relationships, managing a range of communication projects, and achieving measurable results.

Sabrina earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio and studied art history as a visiting student at the American University of Paris.
